{"id":9500,"date":"2012-01-04T11:56:57","date_gmt":"2012-01-04T11:56:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.fg.ull.es\/?p=9500"},"modified":"2012-01-04T11:56:57","modified_gmt":"2012-01-04T11:56:57","slug":"itinera-orientacion-para-el-empleo-especializada-en-el-colectivo-universitario","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fg.ull.es\/hemeroteca\/2012\/01\/04\/itinera-orientacion-para-el-empleo-especializada-en-el-colectivo-universitario\/","title":{"rendered":"Itinera: orientaci\u00f3n para el empleo especializada en el colectivo universitario"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Se abre nuevamente la matr\u00edcula para este servicio gratuito que pretende ofrecer una preparaci\u00f3n integral para afrontar la b\u00fasqueda de trabajo.<\/p>\n<p style='text-align: justify'>El &Aacute;rea de Empleo de la Fundaci&oacute;n Empresa Universidad de La Laguna (FEULL) junto al <a href='http:\/\/www2.gobiernodecanarias.org\/empleo\/portal\/web\/sce' target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Servicio Canario de Empleo (SCE) <\/a>disponen  el Programa Itinera, un Servicio de Orientaci&oacute;n Laboral dirigido a  estudiantes y titulados\/as universitarios\/as con el fin de acompa&ntilde;arles y  asesorarles en su proceso de inserci&oacute;n laboral.<\/p>\n<p style='text-align: justify'><em>Itinera<\/em> tiene una duraci&oacute;n de <strong>20 horas y es convalidable por 2 CLES<\/strong> (Cr&eacute;dito de Libre Elecci&oacute;n) de la <a href='http:\/\/www.ull.es\/' target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Universidad de La Laguna<\/a>.La forma de distribuir estas horas es la siguiente: un taller BAE (B&uacute;squeda Activa de Empleo), cinco tutor&iacute;as personalizadas (de 1 hora de duraci&oacute;n cada una) y un taller a elegir de los cinco diferentes que se plantean (A,B,C,D,E).<\/p>\n<p style='text-align: justify'>La<a href='https:\/\/servicios.feu.ull.es\/Portal\/ExpedienteOfertado.aspx?COD=A11040011' target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> matr&iacute;cula<\/a> es gratuita y se puede realizar a trav&eacute;s del<a href='https:\/\/servicios.feu.ull.es\/Portal\/OfertaFormativa' target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> Portal Servicios <\/a>de la FEULL.<\/p>\n<p style='text-align: justify'><strong>ACCIONES QUE COMPONEN EL PROGRAMA <em>ITINERA<\/em><br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style='text-align: justify'><strong>BAE (B&uacute;squeda Activa de Empleo)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style='text-align: justify'>Taller  de 10 horas de duraci&oacute;n, cuyo principal objetivo es fomentar una actitud  activa ante la b&uacute;squeda de empleo proporcionando herramientas y  recursos b&aacute;sicos. Propone un an&aacute;lisis del mercado laboral actual y un  entrenamiento en habilidades para superar con &eacute;xito las diferentes fases  de un proceso selectivo.<\/p>\n<p style='text-align: justify'><strong>The -A- Coaching para la b&uacute;squeda de empleo<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style='text-align: justify'>Taller  de 5 horas de duraci&oacute;n que persigue potenciar la adquisici&oacute;n de  habilidades para la gesti&oacute;n del cambio, favorecer el desarrollo personal  para que influya positivamente en las comunicaciones y relaciones  interpersonales, y transformando los problemas en oportunidades como  veh&iacute;culo para la eficacia profesional.<\/p>\n<p style='text-align: justify'><strong>The -B- Taller de entrevista<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style='text-align: justify'>Taller  de 5 horas de duraci&oacute;n destinado a desarrollar las habilidades  necesarias para enfrentarse y poder superar una entrevista de trabajo.  Se trata de un taller eminentemente pr&aacute;ctico, en el que se trabajan los  siguientes contenidos: estrategias de marketing personal, las fases y  los tipos de entrevista, las preguntas m&aacute;s frecuentes y como  responderlas, y la conducta verbal y no verbal.<\/p>\n<p style='text-align: justify'><strong>The-C- Hablar en p&uacute;blico: una cuesti&oacute;n de confianza<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style='text-align: justify'>Taller  de 5 horas de duraci&oacute;n que pretende generar confianza para presentar  informaciones de forma oral y vencer las resistencias que se producen en  estas situaciones. Se trata de ejercitar habilidades b&aacute;sicas para una  comunicaci&oacute;n efectiva, haciendo especial hincapi&eacute; en la empat&iacute;a y en la  escucha activa.<\/p>\n<p style='text-align: justify'><strong>The -D- Trabajo en equipo<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style='text-align: justify'>Taller  de 5 horas de duraci&oacute;n que busca fomentar la aplicaci&oacute;n de t&eacute;cnicas y  estrategias para el trabajo en equipo incidiendo en las aportaciones que  &eacute;ste hace a la persona y a la organizaci&oacute;n. Se trata de desarrollar  habilidades clave que favorezcan la integraci&oacute;n y el desarrollo eficaz  en un equipo de trabajo.<\/p>\n<p style='text-align: justify'><strong>The-E- Empleabilidad 2.0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style='text-align: justify'>Taller  de 5 horas de duraci&oacute;n cuyo objetivo es sacar el m&aacute;ximo partido a las  nuevas tecnolog&iacute;as y especialmente a la Web 2.0 para la mejora de la  empleabilidad.
