La Palma acoge unas jornadas sobre turismo<\/strong><\/h1>\n

El pr\u00f3ximo 11 de octubre, de 16 a 19 horas, el Museo del Puro Palmero, en Bre\u00f1a Alta, acoger\u00e1 este encuentro destinado a resaltar el valor percibido por el cliente, durante la experiencia de consumo, en el sector tur\u00edstico<\/h4>\n

\u00abLa experiencia del cliente como clave del valor en turismo\u00bb, es una iniciativa que propone utilizar la experiencia del consumidor para evaluar su percepci\u00f3n sobre un producto o servicio. Esta pr\u00e1ctica, se realiza con herramientas como el Mapeo del viaje del cliente (Customer Journey Map), que permite identificar y evaluar los diferentes momentos de la experiencia del usuario para reducir las emociones negativas y aprovechar las positivas, dado que estas modulan el significado de un producto en la mente del cliente.
\nEn el encuentro participar\u00e1 Ricardo D\u00edaz Armas, doctor en Comercializaci\u00f3n e Investigaci\u00f3n de mercados por la ULL e investigador especializado en \u00e1reas con la actividad tur\u00edstica. Se trata de una iniciativa de Ader La Palma, como centro CIDE y cuenta con la colaboraci\u00f3n del Cabildo de La Palma y el Ayuntamiento de la Villa de Bre\u00f1a Alta. Adem\u00e1s, est\u00e1 financiado por el Gobierno de Canarias, la Agencia Canaria de Investigaci\u00f3n, Innovaci\u00f3n y Sociedad de la Informaci\u00f3n y la Uni\u00f3n Europea.
