Cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de veinticuatro personas que se mostraron muy motivadas por los contenidos expuestos. La acci\u00f3n formativa cont\u00f3 con de tres horas de duraci\u00f3n yse incluye en el programa de actividades del Semillero Emprende.LaLaguna. Entre otros aspectos, se trabaj\u00f3 el proceso de segmentaci\u00f3n de clientes, fundamental dentro del marketing estrat\u00e9gico.
