En esta ocasi\u00f3n se celebrar\u00e1 \u00edntegramente en la Universidad de La Laguna, organizadora del evento a trav\u00e9s de su Fundaci\u00f3n General y con la propia red Novagob,. Tambi\u00e9n colaboran con Novagob2015 la Red Social de la Administraci\u00f3n P\u00fablica, junto con tres referentes del sector p\u00fablico en Espa\u00f1a como la AEVAL, AYTOS y la Fundaci\u00f3n Democracia y Gobierno Local.<br \/>\nEl contenido del Congreso se centrar\u00e1 nuevamente en el campo de la innovaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica dando a conocer buenas pr\u00e1cticas y experiencias exitosas en el \u00e1mbito nacional e internacional. Igualmente se abrir\u00e1 un marco de debate sobre el estado de la \u00e9tica p\u00fablica y los factores que pueden contribuir a mejorarla. De forma m\u00e1s concreta, parte del programa del Congreso se destinar\u00e1 a identificar los principales elementos cr\u00edticos para mejorar las administraciones p\u00fablicas. Y de forma transversal se incluir\u00e1 el uso de nuevas tecnolog\u00edas y su integraci\u00f3n en la modernizaci\u00f3n del sector p\u00fablico. El programa definitivo est\u00e1 pr\u00e1cticamente cerrado y ya se puede consultar a trav\u00e9s de la web <a href=\"http:\/\/www.congresonovagob.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.novagob.org<\/a>.<br \/>\nLas dos jornadas del congreso se plantean como sesiones pr\u00e1cticas en paralelo, sesiones conjuntas a modo de di\u00e1logos y una conferencia principal.
