Colabora el Consejo Nacional de Estudiantes de Derecho (CONEDE) con el objetivo de incentivar los estudios y comentarios jurídicos innovadores.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

La editorial Wolters Kluver organiza el Primer Premio Wolters Kluwer – La Ley Abogados del Futuro con la colaboración del Consejo Nacional de Estudiantes de Derecho (CONEDE). Pueden participar todos aquellos estudiantes que se encuentren matriculados en Grado, Dobles Grados, Máster y Doctorados de toda España correspondientes al ámbito jurídico. El plazo de inscripción está abierto hasta el próximo 31 de marzo.<\/p>\n

El objetivo de este certamen es estimular la enseñanza jurídica y aumentar la calidad de estudiantes de Grado y Postgrado. Los trabajos de investigación deben ser inéditos y estar escritos en lengua española. Los documentos consistirán en una reflexión del concursante, a modo de artículo doctrinal, sobre alguna cuestión de interés en el ámbito del derecho. Deberá incluir referencias a la legislación, doctrina y jurisprudencia sobre la que sustente su análisis. Podrán presentarse de manera individual o colectiva con un máximo de tres integrantes.<\/p>\n

La presentación de los trabajos de investigación será mediante correo postal en formato electrónico incorporado a un dispositivo de almacenamiento  (PENDRIVE\/DVD). El jurado estará integrado por un mínimo de seis miembros, entre los que se encontrará necesariamente un representante del Consejo Nacional de Estudiantes de Derecho, dos representantes del Consejo Editorial de Wolters Kluwer y 3 representantes de Universidades.<\/p>\n

Los premios más destacables para este concurso comprenden una dotación económica de dos mil euros y una beca de tres meses de duración para realizar prácticas en alguna de las oficinas de Wolters Kluwer (Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia o Bilbao). El fallo del premio tendrá lugar el día 15 de abril de 2015 y se le dará publicidad a través de la página web de Wolters Kluwer y del Consejo Nacional de Estudiantes de Derecho en un plazo no superior a cinco días desde dicha fecha.<\/p>\n
