el pasado martes 3 de febrero en el restaurante La Granja Verde.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>El cocinero Juan Carlos Clemente y los vinos de la Bodega  Comarcal Valle de G&uuml;imar fueron las estrellas de la sesi&oacute;n de  maridajes del curso de especialista en Gesti&oacute;n enotur&iacute;stica y An&aacute;lisis  Sensorial de Vinos de la Universidad de La Laguna, que se celebr&oacute; el pasado martes 3 de febrero en el restaurante La Granja Verde.<\/p>\n<p>Juan Carlos Clemente defendi&oacute; ante los alumnos del curso de  especialista en Gesti&oacute;n Enotur&iacute;stica de la Universidad de La Laguna, un  concepto fundamental, la valorizaci&oacute;n del producto local en la cocina  actual, reflejada de diversas maneras.<\/p>\n<p>Clemente, acompa&ntilde;ado de la directora comercial de la Bodega Comarcal  del Valle de G&uuml;imar, Patricia P&eacute;rez, concibi&oacute; un maridaje perfecto  donde las &nbsp;diferentes degustaciones con los vinos de esta conocida  bodega tinerfe&ntilde;a, han enriquecido la formaci&oacute;n de los alumnos del m&oacute;dulo  de an&aacute;lisis sensorial de vinos que llega este pr&oacute;ximo viernes a su  conclusi&oacute;n.<\/p>\n<p>A su vez, P&eacute;rez comparti&oacute; diferentes conceptos y tipos de vinos  que se hacen en la bodega, llevando una cata exhaustiva y con mucha  pasi&oacute;n sobre una marca tan conocida como es Brumas de Ayosa en sus  diferentes tipolog&iacute;as, espumoso afrutado, semidulce, brut nature, blanco  seco, y tinto joven.<\/p>\n<p>A este respecto, Gabriel Santos codirector del Aula de Enourismo de  la Universidad de La Laguna entidad que junto con la Fundaci&oacute;n General  de la ULL son las organizadoras de esta oferta formativa, subray&oacute;  que este curso de especialista supone una oferta &uacute;nica en Canarias, en  lo que se refiere a formaci&oacute;n universitaria en el &aacute;mbito  enogastron&oacute;mico.<\/p>\n<p><strong>El Curso de Especialista en Gesti&oacute;n Enoturistica y An&aacute;lisis Sensorial de Vinos<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La Universidad de La Laguna comenz&oacute; el pasado mes de noviembre la  primera edici&oacute;n del Curso de Especialista en Gesti&oacute;n Enotur&iacute;stica y  An&aacute;lisis Sensorial de Vinos, el cual est&aacute; en su recta final dado que el  pr&oacute;ximo 25 de febrero dar&aacute; comienzo el &uacute;ltimo de los cuatro m&oacute;dulos que  componen el programa acad&eacute;mico, y que en esta ocasi&oacute;n ser&aacute; el desarrollo  de actividad enotur&iacute;sticas, con una duraci&oacute;n de 50 horas lectivas.<\/p>\n<p>Las diferentes sesiones acad&eacute;micas estar&aacute;n impartidas por docentes de  la propia universidad y por prestigiosos profesionales del sector  primario y tur&iacute;stico, adem&aacute;s de contar con diferentes master class,  jornadas y talleres que complementar&aacute;n el programa del m&oacute;dulo.<\/p>\n<p>Las personas interesadas podr&aacute;n inscribirse a
