css_animation=&#8221;bounceInDown&#8221;][vc_tta_section title=&#8221;CUMPLIR LOS REQUISITOS&#8221; tab_id=&#8221;cumplir-los-requisitos-para-solicitar-candidatos&#8221;][vc_column_text]Para participar en el Programa las empresas interesadas deber\u00e1n:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ser\u00a0entidad \u00edntegramente privadas.<\/li>\n<li>Encontrarse\u00a0al corriente de sus obligaciones\u00a0con la administraci\u00f3n estatal y auton\u00f3mica.<\/li>\n<li>Disponer de establecimiento permanente\u00a0en la Comunidad Aut\u00f3noma de Canarias,\u00a0de un espacio f\u00edsico y los medios materiales adecuados donde la persona en pr\u00e1cticas pueda realizar su plan formativo.<\/li>\n<li>Presentar un\u00a0plan formativo\u00a0que se ajuste al perfil solicitado donde se detallen las tareas que se le van a encomendar.<\/li>\n<li>Cumplir con las normas vigentes en todo lo relativo a\u00a0seguridad y prevenci\u00f3n de riesgos laborales.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=&#8221;CONDICIONES GENERALES Y ECON\u00d3MICAS&#8221; tab_id=&#8221;condiciones-generales-y-economicas&#8221;][vc_column_text]Son <strong>obligaciones de la empresa<\/strong>, las siguientes:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Adherirse al convenio marco de colaboraci\u00f3n entre el Servicio Canario de Empleo, la Fundaci\u00f3n y la Confederaci\u00f3n Provincial de Empresarios de Santa Cruz de Tenerife, mediante declaraci\u00f3n expresa.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>Abonar mensualmente, los gastos derivados de la bolsa de ayuda de los participantes en el programa a la Fundaci\u00f3n , a fin de que esta pueda realizar los pagos mensuales correspondientes a los becarios. La cantidad ser\u00e1 aproximadamente el 60% de la beca a recibir por el joven participante adem\u00e1s de la cuota a la Seguridad Social de la empresa, que corresponda.<\/li>\n<li>Comunicar a la Fundaci\u00f3n cuantas incidencias se produzcan durante el desarrollo de la pr\u00e1ctica.<\/li>\n<li>No tener con los j\u00f3venes participantes en pr\u00e1cticas ning\u00fan tipo de vinculaci\u00f3n o relaci\u00f3n laboral, estatutaria o contractual, ni cubrir con ellos ning\u00fan puesto de trabajo.<\/li>\n<li>Designar un tutor de pr\u00e1cticas, que deber\u00e1 ser un profesional de la plantilla. \u00c9ste asignar\u00e1 las funciones a realizar por j\u00f3venes participantes, asisti\u00e9ndoles en lo que fuese preciso y evaluando su aprovechamiento.<\/li>\n<li>Expedir a cada joven, una vez finalizado el per\u00edodo de pr\u00e1cticas, un certificado acreditativo de las tareas realizadas y del total de horas invertidas en la realizaci\u00f3n de las mismas seg\u00fan modelo aportado por la Universidad.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Para la <strong>financiaci\u00f3n del Programa<\/strong>, se combina la aportaci\u00f3n de fondos p\u00fablicos y privados.<\/p>\n<p>Concretamente, el Servicio Canario de Empleo financia\u00a0 aproximadamente el 40% del importe del coste de las becas mensuales de los j\u00f3venes que desarrollen sus pr\u00e1cticas. Las empresas participantes en el programa, \u00fanicamente aportar\u00e1n aproximadamente el 60% restante y la cuota mensual de seguridad social correspondiente.<\/p>\n<p>La cuant\u00eda de la beca mensual para titulados\/as universitarios\/as y de formaci\u00f3n profesional grado superior y certificados profesionales de nivel III es del 120% del \u00faltimo IPREM, es decir 720,00\u20ac.<\/p>\n<p>Respecto a la determinaci\u00f3n de la cuota correspondiente a la Seguridad Social y dem\u00e1s contingencias, corresponder\u00e1 aplicar las cuotas legalmente establecidas.
